Accessibility statement

This report was prepared on 3.2.2025

This accessibility statement explains how the website complies with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, what the accessibility gaps are and how you can give us feedback on accessibility issues.

How have we tested accessibility?

The notes in this accessibility report are based on a third-party assessment of whether the online service meets the requirements of the law. Siili Solutions Ltd has carried out an accessibility audit of the web service on 17.12.2024.

The accessibility audit has been carried out using the simplified control method in accordance with Article 5 of the European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1524.

The results of the accessibility audit have been used to support the review of the accessibility of the website and to address accessibility deficiencies.

How accessible is the online service?

The online service largely meets the accessibility criteria of Level A and AA required by law (WCAG criteria 2.1). The web service has some accessibility deficiencies, which are described in more detail below.

Content or functionality that is not yet accessible:

The identified accessibility deficiencies will be addressed by 28.2.2025.

Voice support

For mobile users on iOS and Android devices, texts can be listened to without downloading a separate app. For computer users, the free Read Aloud function in Microsoft’s Edge browser is an example. Separate screen-reading and speech synthesis software installed on the computer can also be used to support reading and reading comprehension.

Accessibility requirements do not apply to certain content

The digital service or website behind the links leading out of the online service is the responsibility of the service provider and its accessibility is described in its accessibility statement.

For social media services used for the Service, accessibility is taken into account within the limits of the possibilities offered by each channel and medium. Content from these sources is brought to the website.

Did you notice any accessibility gaps?

We are constantly working to improve the accessibility of the website. If you find problems that are not described on this page, please let us know and we will do our best to remedy the deficiencies. We usually respond within a week. The legal maximum response time is 14 days.
